Fields of Dreams strives to cultivate future leaders, using baseball as a tool to teach students the importance of building their emotional, mental and physical capabilities.  It is our philosophy that as youth create a positive balance of athletics, character development and academic achievement; they will continue to model the behavior throughout their school career and beyond. Through our organization, as students transition into their teen years they are stronger students and better prepared to deal with challenges.  As students build their personal capacity and learn to function as a team player, they become accountable in their roles as productive members of society.
